Broadwater Cottage is available all year round. Indicative prices are shown below. Please contact by telephone or email for current prices and further details.

Peak Rates (week): £1400
Off-Peak Rates (week): £900-1000

Four night short breaks available off-peak. Cancellations and late bookings may be available at special rates.

All full week bookings are Friday 4pm to Friday 10am.

Well-behaved pets are welcome subject to certain restrictions and a charge of £20 per pet.

Initial payments

The initial payment shown below is needed to secure your holiday. Payment in full is required if you are booking within 56 days of your holiday. The balance of your payment is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Please request bank transfer details for payment by BACS.

Cancellation

We advise guests to take out their own holiday insurance.

In the event of cancellation the following will apply:

•  Prior to 8 weeks before holiday a sum will be charged equal to the initial payment.
•  4 – 8 weeks before holiday 50% of the hire charge will be charged.
•  Less than 4 weeks before holiday the full sum will be charged.
•  If Broadwater Cottage is re let for the cancelled week then a refund of the total sum paid, less the non-refundable initial payment, will be made.
